Phathisani has spent 18 years moving between two disciplines that most consultants keep separate: management consulting and hands-on operational turnaround. He started at Alexander Proudfoot, a management consulting firm built entirely around on-the-floor operational transformation — the kind of work where you don't leave until the new routine actually sticks after you're gone. He then moved into KPMG Management Consulting, training and leading advisory delivery teams across banking, transport, and public-sector clients. From there he built a global Supply Chain PMO from zero at Anglo American, governing a multi-billion-rand active portfolio and assuring hundreds of millions in cumulative savings across seven business units. Most recently, he founded and scaled his own B2B food and hospitality supply business, applying the same commercial discipline to a business he owns outright.
Ngoni Warambwa

Ngoni brings the technology and payments-delivery discipline Nucliv8's operational excellence work increasingly needs. Over 12+ years he's led regulated technology and transformation programmes across banking, mining, and energy — most recently as Vice President leading payments-technology delivery for Citi across ten EMEA markets, coordinating central-bank-driven regulatory mandates across distributed engineering and executive stakeholders. Earlier roles took him through Exxaro (digital mining and enterprise ERP transformation), Total Energies (renewable infrastructure and supply-chain modernisation), Rand Merchant Bank, First National Bank, Sasol, and an earlier stint at Proudfoot Consulting — the same operational-improvement discipline Phathisani cut his teeth on. He is AI-literate in practice, not just in theory: recent work includes AI-enabled executive reporting dashboards and hands-on experimentation with AI-assisted delivery tooling.
